The cleaning station for IntelliWelder automates part of the welding gun maintenance, and is easily controlled and activated from the UR Teach Pendant. The welding wire is cut to a predefined length, the gas nozzle is cleaned, and the welding gun is sprayed with anti spatter spray. This cleaning routine is especially important when using touch sensing to determine where to put the weld.
